Technical Requirements
- File formats: PDF, AI, or EPS (vector preferred)
- Color mode: CMYK
- Include 3 mm bleed on all edges
- Typography must be legible at final print size — minimum 7pt for body text
- Minimum order: 100 pieces per design
File Preparation
Submit fonts as outlines (convert to paths) to prevent font substitution during production. Include a CMYK-converted PDF for color reference.
Co-Branding Option
Work+Shelter can produce co-branded hang tags that carry both your brand mark and the Work+Shelter logo. Co-branded tags communicate your product's ethical manufacturing credentials directly to the end customer. The Work+Shelter logo can be recolored to complement your brand palette — contact your account manager for template files and specifications.
Custom Sizes
Non-standard dimensions are available upon request. Speak to your account manager for custom die-cut shapes, specialty finishes (foil, emboss), or premium stock options.
