Belly Bands
Printed paper wraps for folded textiles — a sustainable, brandable alternative to poly bags for bandanas, scarves, and swaddles.
Belly bands are printed paper wraps that slide around a folded textile product, holding it in a neat presentation without the need for a plastic bag. They are especially popular for bandanas, scarves, baby swaddles, tea towels, and folded t-shirts.
Standard Specifications
- Standard dimensions: 10″ × 2″ (unrolled)
- Custom widths and lengths available on request
- Printed on uncoated or coated card stock depending on your finish preference
File Requirements
- Accepted formats: vector PDF, AI, or EPS
- Canva templates available upon request — contact your account manager
- Color mode: CMYK or Pantone Matching System (PMS)
- Include 3 mm bleed on all edges
Design Guidelines
- Keep key content and logos within the safe zone — 5 mm from all edges after bleed
- Avoid placing critical design elements across the fold line where the band wraps
- Do not add tape or adhesive areas in your design unless specifically agreed during the order
Wrap Direction
Because the band wraps around the product, make sure to account for where the overlap join will fall so it does not bisect a logo or key text element.
Co-Branding
Belly bands can carry co-branding with the Work+Shelter logo alongside your brand. We offer full flexibility on logo placement and can recolor the Work+Shelter mark to suit your brand palette. Co-branding reinforces the ethical sourcing story directly at the point of unboxing.
Custom Production Process
- 1Place your order and confirm product dimensions with your account manager
