We’re incredibly proud to be the production partner Nemat Perfumes chose for their beautiful new Perfume Layering Kits, which have hit Ulta's shelves just in time for the holiday season! This is exactly the kind of partnership we love: professional, large-scale, and built on a mutual interest in ethical, high-quality production. To show you how we achieve this level of quality and consistency at scale, we want to take you behind the curtain.

Visiting Our Digital Printer with the Nemat Marketing Team!

We believe that trust is built through seeing, not just telling. This is our standard, and it’s why we openly publish our Delhi address and encourage all clients to visit. When the Nemat marketing team came for a visit, we saw it as a powerful opportunity to collaborate and for our client to experience our operation firsthand.

  • The Nemat team met the women who make every piece and toured our production facility.
  • Together, we even visited our new GOTS-approved digital printing partner to review the fabric preparation, where they saw their design freshly printed on 100% organic cotton canvas.

This commitment to client transparency is core to our brand.

A high-quality product is the result of collaboration. We work closely with clients to ensure the final product meets their quality standards as well as aligning with their brand and market goals. Some examples from our work with Nemat are:

  • The initial dark blue for the Amber pouch was changed to a softer rose color to give a gentler, more feminine look.
  • The minaret shape is fundamental to the Nemat brand which is why it is echoed in the shape of these pouches. Our team ensured every pouch was crafted to the same precise standard, making each one an identical.
  • Working together, the client ultimately decided on the 12oz Organic Cotton Canvas. This weight perfectly balanced the quality, durability, and high level of sustainability they required.

Achieving this level of retail volume requires a strong, established foundation. Here's how we standardized the process:

  • We broke the construction down into 13 internal, repeatable steps. This allowed us to quickly ramp up to a target volume of 2,000 pieces per day.
  • Once we perfected the first unit, we had a flawless template ready for rapid, high-volume production. This means subsequent orders are a snap, meaning your products get out the door even faster.

We leveraged our production knowledge to advise our client on making key adjustments that ensured durability and well presented final kits.

  • We crafted the interior elastic band with stitched sections slightly tighter than requested, ensuring each delicate glass bottle is held snugly and safely through repeated use.
  • The pouch height was carefully adjusted to be slightly higher than the bottles, eliminating any lopsidedness and ensuring a neat fold with the looped button closure.

Seeing our work with Nemat Perfumes on the shelves of Ulta Beauty is a powerful moment that reflects our quality. This successful national launch confirms our belief: professional, high-volume production should always be ethical.

  • Every time you purchase one of these layering kits, you're directly supporting the dignified work of the talented women who skillfully brought that pouch to life.
  • This partnership proves that the dedication to honest production and ethical quality belongs on the national stage.
